Cheap, Educational Toddler Activity

If you have a toddler at home, this is such a fun way to teach them their letters and numbers! Or to practice reading and math! My 3 year old loves this activity! Even better, we can take it in the car thanks to it being magnetic (no mess!) 😉 Also, super cheap! The cookie sheet was $1 and each letter/number package was $1 at @Target! So all in all I spent $4 on this little eductional activity! What I Wore {Maroon Blouse}

I just love this little maroon blouse, it's so light and airy! Perfect summer time blouse.

One of my favorite things about it, it's super light weight, but not see through!

Score! Seriously I have the hardest time finding thin blouses (to combat this crazy Texas summer heat!!) that are not see through! Because if I have to layer up my shirts, what's the point in wearing a thin/light weight blouse? Am I right? So I absolutely love that this shirt is thin and not see through!

This outfit post was again taken in the cutest little town square in Indiana! I just couldn't get enough of it! They had some adorable little shops and the best places to take photos!

What I Wore {4th of July}

Hey y'all!

How was your 4th? 

Did y'all do anything special?

We went and visited family up north. My grandmother lives in the CUTEST, little town!

We had a great time! We sat on a blanket to watch fire works in the local High School's parking lot. And of course while we were there visiting we did a little shopping in the town square! We also checked out the local zoo, but otherwise, we just relaxed and enjoyed some peaceful time with family :)

Here's what I wore for the 4th of July.

You just cannot, not wear, the patriotic red, white, and blue on the 4th of July! It just doesn't feel right! :) So here I am, sporting my red, white and blue!

What I Wore {Summer Boho Chic}

Last night we went to Bahama Buck's with the whole family!
(well my side at least ;-))
Little Man had a blast with his aunts and uncles and his Nana & Pappy!
We love family time.

I just wanted a cool, casual, easy to throw together outfit, so I chose this boho inspired look.

If you've never been to Bahama Bucks, and you have one in your area, you have got to try it out!

(It's a southern thing, they make the absolute BEST shaved ice/snow cones!)

They're snow cones are my favorite!!! Mmm, delicious! You can mix and match flavors all you want!

My personal favorite is wedding cake and icing! The hubby likes their super sour flavors :)

What I Wore {Denim Dress}

Happy Wednesday y'all!
This week I'm sharing my favorite little denim dress!
If you haven't noticed, denim is (still?) totally in this year and I just love this dress!

Its so simple and versatile! And very flattering!
It hugs in the right places and flares where your problem areas are.
I love how well it hides my post-baby tummy! ;-)
I feel like there are a million ways to wear it!
Keep your eye out, I'm sure that you'll be seeing me wear this dress many different ways!
